Going Probegan as a movement to help young student/athletes understand their talents and opportunities could expand well beyond their playing surface.  Now, it has matriculated to an extensive virtual and in-person program that provides both male and female students ages 15-22 to hear from a diverse group of professionals in sports and other industries. Students are able to speak directly with professionals from major league teams and other industries that operate in and around the $500 billion sports industry.  There are over 6 million job opportunities worldwide and the program provides an innovative approach to empowerment, character building, and equality utilizing the power of sports and business. This exclusive conversation allows ALL students to have direct exposure without concern for their network, net worth, or their neighborhood to be a factor.  Going Pro empowers young people to not only think outside the box but rather smash it.  It flips the narrative on the concept of "going pro" and those thinking that they can never or will only play for a professional team.  We give the students the tools and the people who show them they can not only work for, but can even own a team and so much more!
